  • How to take care of my candles for them to give the best burn?
    Following are some of the candle care tips to give you the best candle burn: 1. For the first burn, let the candle create the full even pool, in order to avoid candle tunneling and to get the longer burn. 2. Trim the wick to 1/2 inch to get a clear burn and a brighter flame. 3. Do not burn the candle for more than 2 hours in the glass container to avoid cracking or breakage of container.
  • Do you accept corporate orders?

  • How much time does it take to deliver the products after placing the order?
    The products are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after the confirmation of order. Once dispatched, the products are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
  • Can I return the products?
    The products once purchased cannot be returned. However, in case the customer has received damaged products, the customer will either get full refund or a fresh product delivered. Kindly note that you are required to take unboxing video in order to claim refund or exchange.
  • Can I exchange the products purchased?
    The products once sold cannot be exchanged except wrong or defective products being received.
  • How does the refund policy work?
    The products once sold cannot be returned. However, in certain cases where the products are defective, in such a case, either full refund is processed or a fresh product is delivered. Kindly note that the customer needs to share an unboxing video to claim refund or exchange.
